What does pre-order mean?
Pre-ordering refers to the process of placing an order for products that are not currently in stock at our fulfillment centers. Even though the products are not available immediately, you can still purchase them, and we will ship them as soon as the stock arrives. Typically, this will be on or near the specified date mentioned on the product page.
Can I change my shipping address?
Absolutely! If your order has not yet been shipped, kindly notify us as soon as possible with the updated shipping address details, and we will make the necessary changes for you. Please email us at admin@ettextiles.com.au to provide your new or updated shipping address. In the event that your order has already been shipped, there's no need to worry. You can still redirect it using the Australia Post tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email. Please keep in mind that we are unable to redirect or retrieve orders that have been successfully delivered to an incorrect address. Therefore, it's crucial to carefully review your address details before completing the checkout process.
Help! My order is lost/hasn’t been delivered?
While Australia Post typically estimates a delivery timeframe of 2-8 business days for standard delivery, there may be instances where they are unable to meet this timeline. In such cases, your tracking number might indicate a "delayed" delivery date.
If your order has not been delivered within 20 days, please reach out to us, and we will initiate an investigation with Australia Post to resolve the issue.
Please note that the timeline for the investigation outcome may vary depending on the courier involved. Rest assured, we will make every effort to assist you in achieving a prompt resolution.
